Kousalya Participated in "BHARTI AIRTELSUPER SINGER 7-The Spicy Series" as Mentor and Leader for "CHARGERS" team, competing with "WARRIORS" team, Leading by Singer Sunitha. Kousalya n Sunitha also singing as participants for their teams for getting marks. Lyricist Chandrabose garu is the Judge.All the participants are well established singers.

About Program's theme in Kousalya's words :
Well as everyone getting doubt that why Super Singer 7 with playback singers, Why not with New singers..Time taken to search for new singers is one reason.. I would say when compare to legendary singers like SPB, Janaki, Susheela, ,Chitra, Hariharan we all are so far my friends. This type of reality show makes us more perfect. Music is like an Ocean which can be learn forever.. :-)
